that concept is one we think will be most important in the coming
months. We also believe that more involvement in this process by your
Board of Directors, as suggested in the recent guidance on Funds
Management and Liquidity, will be more important. With that in mind,
KPN Consulting will be providing a six-part series on the ALCO Process
designed for those senior managers and Board members desiring enhanced
understanding of this critical process. Each session will last one
hour. Our goal is to educate at the level of our audience and to do so
at a reasonable cost to community bankers. We suggest that you use this
